• Fragrance intensity may vary depending on room size, airflow, and the number of sticks used
• Use fragrance sticks only as directed and place them on a stable, heat-resistant holder
• Fragrance sticks are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• If you experience discomfort from smoke or fragrance, extinguish the stick, ventilate the space, and discontinue use
• Product images are for representation only; actual product may vary slightly
• Ingredients and formulations may be updated; check label before use

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery
• Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments
• We do not store payment card information on our servers
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery

5. Order & Delivery

• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
• We ship pan-India to serviceable PIN codes
• Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
• Shipping charges and eligible offers are shown at checkout and may vary by order
• Order confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email/WhatsApp
• Karma Sugandhit is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or natural disasters
