Cancellation Policy — Karma Sugandhit

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Before Dispatch (Within 2 hours of order)

Full refund will be processed
Contact us via WhatsApp or email immediately
Refund within 5-7 business days to original payment method

After 2 Hours but Before Dispatch

Cancellation subject to approval by our team
If approved, full refund will be processed
Contact us as soon as possible

After Dispatch / In Transit

Cancellation is not possible once the order is handed to courier
You may refuse delivery at the door (RTO)
Refund for refused delivery: Order amount minus ₹100 handling & return shipping charges

2. Karma Sugandhit-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel an order in the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock
Payment verification failed
Delivery is not possible to your pincode
Fraudulent or suspicious transaction detected
Incorrect pricing due to system error

In all cases of company-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
