1. Shipping Charges

2. Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing the order
• A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent once dispatched

We partner with leading logistics providers for reliable delivery:

The courier partner is selected based on your pincode and order size for the fastest delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp
• Track your order at karmasugandhit.com/track-order
• You can also track directly on the courier partner's website

5. Service Availability

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times (7-14 days). We do not currently offer international shipping.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Karma Sugandhit is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged during transportation, please:

• Take photos/video of the damaged packaging immediately
• Do not discard the packaging material
• Contact us within 24 hours at support@karmasugandhit.com or +91 94594 11141
• We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
